CR 2300 Roadway Drainage Improvements (RCS Services)
Anchor provided resident compliance specialist (RCS) services (e.g., EEO, Wages & Payrolls, Federal Fair Labor Act, Non-Discrimination, and Buy American Act, etc.) to Bay County for this FEMA-Hazard Mitigation Grant project which included the installation of roadway improvements providing drainage and roadway stabilization on County Road 2300. Anchor monitored the contractor's adherence to state and federal regulations pertaining to EEO and Minimum Wage Rate Criteria. Significant project challenges included multiple highly essential Bay County communication lines, temporary roadway construction through wetlands, and a limited construction timeframe.
