ACEI provided Project Management for overseeing contract work for preliminary investigative services including wetland delineation, listed protected species, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, ground penetrating radar surveying, boundary and topographic surveying, and geotechnical services. In addition, ACEI has assisted in the permitting, site design layout, stormwater design, and civil design to include construction documents of this ongoing project. ACEI has also assisted with the submission of the Development Order Application to the City of Panama City
